Glowmark — Terms

Last updated: September 2026

These are the terms for using Glowmark, an iOS app I make under the name Koirala Studio. If anything's unclear, email support@koirala.studio.

Using the app

You can use Glowmark on any Apple device you own, for personal habit tracking and focus. Don't reverse-engineer it, don't resell it, and don't use it to break the law or hurt anyone.

Your content

You're responsible for what you create and share — including photo stories you export to social apps or Messages. Glowmark is a local tool; it doesn't moderate posts outside the app.

Third-party licenses

Bundled session sounds are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) from Freesound. The onboarding story demo photo is from Unsplash. Credit lines are in the app under Settings → Attributions.

No warranty

Glowmark is provided "as is." It's local-first — I don't guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect timers, or that features will never change in an update.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages from using or not being able to use Glowmark. If I am liable, the total is capped at CAD $10 (or what local law requires).

Apple's role

These terms are between you and me (Koirala Studio), not Apple. Apple has no responsibility for Glowmark or its contents. Apple's App Store terms and standard EULA may also apply. Apple may enforce these terms as a third-party beneficiary.

If these terms change

I'll update the date at the top. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Where this is governed

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Consumer protections in your home jurisdiction still apply where required.
